When Dovahkiin enters the battlefield, destroy
all other creatures with power 4 or greater.
Whenever another creature dies with power 4 or greater, exile that creature with a Dovah counter
on it.
Dovahkiin gets +1/+1 and all activated abilities
of each exiled creature with a Dovah counter on
it.
