Dovahkiin, World's Hero

When Dovahkiin enters the battlefield, destroy
all other creatures with power 4 or greater.
Whenever another creature dies with power 4 or greater, exile that creature with a Dovah counter
on it.
Dovahkiin gets +1/+1 for each exiled creature
with Dovah counters on them and has all of their activated abilities.
