This spell costs {x} less to cast, where X is the
total amount of noncombat damage dealt to your
opponents this turn.
Whenever an instant or sorcery spell you control
deals damage, Dovahzulaan deals damage to any
target equal to the highest amount of damage
dealt to a single target by that spell, then you may
draw a card.
