Whenever a non-token creature dies, you may exile it and put three procedure counters on it. At the beginning of your upkeep, you may remove a procedure counter from the exiled creature, then, if there are zero procedure counters on it, you may pay {w}, if you do, return the creature to the battlefield under your control, tapped, and with a -1/-1 counter on it.
