spell, this creature gets +1/+1 until end of turn.
Innovate — {u}{r},{t}: Whenever a player casts an instant or sorcery card from their hand this
turn, exile it to Dr. Data. Then that player copies
each instant or sorcery card exiled with Dr. Data.
For each copy, the player may cast the copy
without paying its mana cost.
