All Bros have Extort (Whenever you cast a spell,
you may pay {w/b}. If you do, each opponent loses 1
life and you gain that much life.)
When Dr. Maximus enters the battlefield, search
the game (any zone: libraries, graveyards, exile and
hands) for Dr. Thaddeus, and put him on the
battlefield under it's owner's control. As long as
there are at least two cards on the battlefield with
Dr. in their name, this creature has deathtouch
and lifelink.
