that many plus one instead.Dragon spells you cast
cost {r/g}{w/u} {b} less to cast. Pay {e}: Add one mana of
any color. Use this ability to cast Dragon spells or activate abilities of Dragon permanents.
Whenever a Dragon dies, you may scry 3. If you
do, draw a card.
