Draft Proclamation

When you cast Draft Proclamation, you may reveal any number of white cards from your hand.
Recruit X, where X is the number of cards you revealed. (Search your library for a creature card with converted mana cost X, reveal it, then shuffle your library and put that card on top of it.)
