Drag To The Depths

Enchant untapped creature you control
When Drag To The Depths enters, tap enchanted
creature and target creature you don't control and
put two stun counters on each of those creatures.
When the last stun counter is removed from a
creature you don't control, sacrifice Drag To The
Depths. When you do, put that creature on the
bottom of its owner's library and remove all stun
counters from enchanted creature.
