When Drag Under enters the battlefield, exile target creature with power 3 or less until Drag Under leaves the battlefield. (That creature returns under its owner's control.)
At the beginning of your upkeep, you may put
a card exiled with Drag Under into its owner's graveyard. If you do, return Drag Under to its owner's hand.
