Dragon Communion

Dragons you control have haste.

At the beginning of combat on your turn, you
may sacrifice a dragon. If you do, put a
number of +1/+1 counters equal to its
toughness on target creature you control.
It gains first strike and becomes a dragon in
addition to its other types.
