You draw a card. Each opponent exiles a
card from their hand or a permanent they control. For each card exiled this way, you
may cast it without paying its mana cost. If
you don't, that card's owner sacrifices an artifact, creature, or planeswalker. If they
can't, they lose 4 life.
Trying to escape from his grip only tightens it.
