Dragon Rider Initiate

Whenever a Dragon enters the battlefield
under your control, you may tap Dragon
Rider Initiate. If you do, that Dragon gets
+1/+1 and has haste as long as Dragon
Rider Initiate remains tapped.
You may choose not to untap Dragon
Rider Initiate at the beginning of your
untap step.
