Blaze 3 — Whenever a permanent an opponent controls un-taps, Dragon Scale Blade deals 1 damage to that player. (This triggers for each permanent they un-tap.) Equipped creature gets +1/+1 and has “Whenever this creature deals combat damage to a player, put a blaze counter on Dragon Scale Blade.”
