Whenever Dragonfly attacks, put three burn counters on target nonland permanent defending player controls. As long as it has a burn counter on it, it has "At the beginning of your upkeep,
you may sacrifice this permanent. If you don't, it deals damage to you equal to its converted mana cost. Then remove a burn counter."
