Dragon's Bargain

Dragons and Drakes you control have haste,
flying, and +2/+2. Dragons and Drakes you don't
control have double strike.
Whenever a Dragon's Bargain, Drake, or Dragon
enters the battlefield, both players take 2 damage
and may draw a card and discard a card.
Dragons do not often make deals, and even those
that they do make are always (one way or another)
the means to a fiery end.
