Dragon's Breath

You touch one willing creature and imbue it with
the power to spew energy from its mouth.
Choose acid, cold, fire, lightning, or poison. The
creature can use an action to exhale energy of the
chosen type in a 15 ft cone. Each creature in that
area makes a Dex save, taking 3d6 damage of the
chosen type on a failure, or half as much on a
success.
At Higher Levels. Each extra spell slot increases
the damage by 1d6.
