Destroy target dragon, you lose life equal to that creatures power, whenever a dragon enters the battlefield, return dragons fate to its owners hand, if you lose at least 4 life from destroying a dragon you may put a 6/6 blue dragon on creature token with flying, lifelink and indestructible, if you do sacrifice a permanent.
