+1: Members who are Dragons will always get called on and earn an additional 200 xp when they raise their hand.
+2: At the end of everyday Dragons will gain an additional 300xp and 200 gold.
+3: If in Arkanian you can trade with your teammates. You can trade gold, items or xp.
