Dragon's Studies

Whenever you cast a blue spell, until end of turn, whenever a creature you control attacks Dragon's Studies deals X damage to the player or Planeswalker that creature is attacking, where X is the number of blue spells you've cast this turn, and you may return target creature to its owner's hand.
