you may exile target Dragon until Dragonsoul
Tamer leaves the battlefield. (That creature
returns under its owner's control.)
Dragonsoul Tamer gets +X/+Y, where X is the
exiled dragon card's power and Y is its toughness
and gains it's abilities.
