Whenever a Dragoon creatures enters the battlefield under your control you may attach
Dragoon Plate to it.
Equip {4}
Equipped creature gets +2/+2, Vigilance and:
"{t}Exile the equipped creature. Return the
exiled creature to the battlefield under it's
owner's control at the beginning of the next
End Step. This creature does damage equal to
its power to target creature or player."
