When this creature enters the battlefield, destroy
all permanents that are both blue and black.
Whenever a player discards a card, you may
choose to exile it.
Whenever Dragos or another card is exiled
from anywhere, if you own that card you may
have target opponent gain 1 life. If you don't
own that card, its owner may have you gain
2 life. If any player does, return the exiled card
to its owners hand at the beginning of the
next end step.
