If {u} was spent to cast Drain into the Aether, put target creature on the bottom of it's owners library, then that player draws two cards.
If {g} was spent to cast Drain into the Aether, put target non-basic land on the bottom of it's owners library, then that player draws two cards.
If {u} and {g} were spent to cast Drain into the Aether, until your next turn, if a non-basic land would enter the battlefield, exile it instead.
