Drakescape

When Drakescape enters the battlefield,
choose creature, instant, sorcery, enchantment, artifact, or Planeswalker.
When a player casts a spell of the chosen
type, counter that spell. It's controller may
create X 2/2 blue Drake creature tokens with flying where X is that spell's converted mana cost.
