Whenever Drakos, Oncoming Storm deal damage to a player, that player takes double damage if they control a creature with an activated ability.
At the beginning of your end step, if you control both Drakos, Oncoming Storm and Tiamat, you may exile Tiamat to transform Drakos, Oncoming Storm.
