For each {u}, {b}, or {r} in an instant or sorcery spell's mana cost, you may pay 2 life instead of that mana.
{7}{u}{b}{r},{t}: Target player loses 7 life, discards seven cards, then sacrifices seven permanents. Activate this ability only once per game.
