Draught of Magic Restoration

Recover a number of spell slots which have a combined level of 1d4+1 .

For example, a roll of 3 (for a total of 4) could restore four 1st level spell slots (4 x 1 = 4), two
2nd level spell slots (2 x 2 = 4), and so on.

Drinking or administering a potion takes an action.
