Draw Challenge

When you cast Draw Challenge, choose power, toughness or converted mana cost. You and one
other player of your choice each draw a card,
then reveal it. If a player reveals a land, they
discard their hand. If a player reveals the card
with the higher value based on your choice from
Draw Challenge, they draw an additional card.
You can only play one Draw Challenge a turn.
