Draw of Fate

If you are the player with the lowest life, and
control the least amount of creatures, then
search your library for three cards. Shuffle
the rest of your library then put those three
cards on top. Draw a card then until end of
turn, you cannot cast non-creature spells and
can only cast one more creature spell this turn.
