Drawing Decay

(If all players agree, you may start the game with
this decree face up in the command zone.)
When Drawing Decay is in the command zone,
each player begins the game with ten cards in
their hand and a maximum hand size of ten
cards. At the end of each player's cleanup step,
that players maximum hand size is reduced by
one.
