you control.
Negotiate—{b}{r}{t}: If a spell was just cast, target opponent chooses one: that spell's controller loses
life equal to that spell's mana cost, or you create a
copy of that spell under your control.
It joined in the hopes of finally obtaining a spark of its
own.
