Enchant player.
At the beginning of you upkeep, if there are an
even number of {e} counters on Dreadlands, it
deals 4 damage to target player. If not, ad an
{e} counter to Dreadlands.
If the amount of {e} counters on Dreadlands
becomes sixteen or over, sacrifice it.
