Dreadlock

At the beginning of each end step, if a creature
an opponent controls dealt damage to you this turn, exile a creature an opponent controls that dealt damage to you this turn.
At the beginning of your upkeep, you may put a card exiled with Dreadlock onto the battlefield under your control. If you do, you lose life equal to that card's converted mana cost.
