each opponent creates a treasure token.
Infiltrate — At the beginning of your end step, if
this creature is under control of a player other
than its owner, its owner creates a treasure token.
At the beginning of each upkeep, if that player controls a treasure token, untap this and gain
haste until end of turn, then that player gains
control of Dreadsea Mercenary.
