Dream of Twisted Shadows

Council's dilemma — At the beginning of your
upkeep, starting with you, each player votes for
either light or shadow. Each player who votes for shadow creates a 1/1 black shadow creature token
with flying and "This creature can't block". You
gain 2 life for each light vote. If all opponents
chose light, sacrafice Dream of Twisted Shadows.
At the beginning of your end step, you gain 1 life for each shadow creature on the battlefield.
