player discards their hand. Then, each players
searches their library for up to 3 cards of their
choice. Add those cards to the owners' hands.
Put X time counters on this card.
At the beginning of your upkeep remove a time
counter from this card. If there are no time
counters on this card return all cards exiled with
Dream Scape to battlefield, and exile this card.
