Roll a D20 & if the Scheme you forfeited to cast this had a dice effect, you roll two D20.
[1-6] Each opponent exiles the top card of their library with a dreaming counter on it.
You may play them anytime you normally could & are all treated as colorless spells.
[7-14] They exile the top 3 cards instead.
[15-20] They exile the top 5 cards instead.
