Cumulative upkeep - The intensity increases
At the beginning of each player's upkeep, that
player chooses a card type, then reveals cards
from the top of their library until they reveal a
card of the chosen type. If that card's converted
mana cost is less than or equal to the number of
tension counters that player has, they play it
without paying its mana cost. Otherwise, that
player puts it into their hand. Shuffle each other
card revealed this way into that player's library.
