Dreams of Fantasy

Silver Bordered cards cannot be played.
When Dreams of Fantasy enters the battlefield each player picks a 60 card MAGIC THE GATHERING deck they own from outside the game and shuffles it. At the beginning of each players draw step that player draws a card from that deck and original deck and adds them to their hand, they may play any lands and cast any cards drawn this way. When Dreams of Fantasy leaves the battlefield remove both the decks and all cards from those decks from play.
