When this artifact enters the battlefield, you
may choose to give it to target opponent.
If you do, Scry 2.
If you and target opponent both have an artifact
named, Dreamvisitor, you may look at the target
players hand during your upkeep. (must also have an artifact named, Dreamvisitor on the battlefield)

You can have up to four cards named Dreamvisitor
in your deck.
