Dreg, Energy Mage

If an instant or sorcery spell would deal damage
to Dreg, Energy Mage, instead put that many
charge counters on Dreg, Energy Mage.
{1}{u}{r}, {t}: When choosing targets for the next instant or sorcery spell target player casts, one of
those targets must be Dreg, Energy Mage if able.
{u}{r}, remove all charge counters from Dreg,
Energy Mage. Then, deal that much
damage to any target.
