Whenever a permanent enters the battlefield
under your control, you may sacrifice it. If
you do, put a +1/+1 counter on Drest, the
Selfish Sun and Drest deals 1 damage to each
other creature and each player. If a land was
sacrificed this way, Draw a card instead.
