{t}: Add {b} to your mana pool for each amount of life opponents lost this turn.
{b}{b}, {t}: Exile a card from your grave yard each player loses life equal to that cards converted mana cost.
Not the best city to live in considering crime is threw the roof but I will say the the people behind it all are some of the most talented in there art of crime.
