Dromageier attacks each turn if able and can't
attack its owner.
Whenever an opponent sacrifices a permanent,
they may gain control of Dromageier. If they do,
draw a card. Put a +1/+1 counter on Dromageier.
{x}{b}{r}: Dromageier's controller sacrifices it and
it's owner draws X cards. Then return
Dromageier from the graveyard to it's owner's
hand. Activate only if you own Dromageier.
