A creature subjected to this poison must succeed on a DC13 Con save or be poisoned for 1 hour, fail by 5 or more the creature is also unconscious. It can wake up if it takes damage or if another creature takes an action to shake it awake.
Can be applied to weapons, ammo, traps, and other objects that pierce or slash.
