Drown

When Drown enters the battlefield, tap target creature.
Enchanted creature doesn't untap during its controller's untap step.
At the beginning enchanted creature's controller's upkeep, if enchanted is tapped, its controller looses 1 life.
As you sink you try to fight, but are too exhausted to do so, then the first attempt at a breath, with no success, then the second, then the third, but there is no air, no escape. You are trapped in you watery demise.
