Drowning Dilemma

Starting with you, each player may choose sink or
swim. For each player who chooses sink each
opponent puts the top twenty cards of their
library into their graveyard. For each swim
vote. Nonland permanents that player controls
become tapped, and dont untap that players next upkeep.
