gives all other actors that you control +1/+1
until the end of turn.
Pictured is a piece of Union propaganda that
was used to try and encourage African
Americans to join the Union Army. Drummer
boys were an integral part of Civil War armies.
When not beating drums for marching they
looked for and helped treat the wounded.
