Whenever an opponent casts a spell, you may reveal the top card of your library. If the revealed card is an artifact with converted mana cost greater than the cast spell's mana cost, you may put it onto the battlefield under that player's control. If you do, gain control of that spell.
Artifact creatures your opponents control must attack each turn if able and can't attack you if able.
